Internal quality review
Before delivery, all work undergoes an internal quality review. Documents are verified against PDF/UA and WCAG success criteria. Website remediations are retested with assistive technology. Captions are reviewed for accuracy and synchronization.
Delivery With Documentation
Final deliverables are accompanied by a compliance summary documenting standards met, methods used, and any known limitations. Adjustments identified after delivery are addressed at no additional charge.
